Friends. It’s currently 8:00AM on a Saturday morning, and I’m sitting here giddy with excitement about what I’m about to share with y’all. You know that feeling when you go to the mall expecting to find absolutely nothing, but you end up striking gold? Well, that’s me right now. I’m honestly still on cloud nine over how perfect everything I found was, and I’m super excited to share them with you guys. It’s been a while since I updated my summer wardrobe, so it’s nice to have some new pieces to play around with (that aren’t knit sweaters or black!) Side note, this is just a quick try-on haul so you can see exactly how all the clothes fit, but you best believe I’ll be styling these over the next few weeks.
Y’all. Look at this jumpsuit! I’ve wanted one for the longest time, but could never find one that not only fit my body well but also matched my beachy bohemian style. This jumpsuit is exactly that. And the best part? It was only $17!! Free People was offering an extra 40% off sale items last week when I found this beauty. It’s currently full price online, but I’d check to see if it’s still on sale in stores. I got an XS and it has a super relaxed fit, but the elastic in the shoulders and waist fit perfectly and stay in place. I’ll definitely be finding every excuse to wear this!
I don’t know about you guys, but when it comes to the summer time, the less clothing the better. It’s just too hot to have multiple layers to make your outfit look cute, so it’s all about the grab-and-go. This dress is so cute and all you have to do is throw it on, put on some sandals, and you’re out the door. I honestly wasn’t a huge fan of it in the dressing room, haha, but I knew it would look good with the clothes I already have, and now I love it! Funny how that works. I got this dress in a size small and it was only $19.90!
Next up are these white jeans from Zara. If you saw my post on Instagram a few weeks ago, then you know I’ve been looking for the perfect pair of white jeans. I’m OBSESSED with the ones I found at Zara. They are actually a jegging, so they don’t have pockets and are more of a tight fit, but they are so freaking comfortable I could honestly sleep in them. The high waist makes them perfect for all your summer crop tops, and the slits in the knee add a little edge. I’m usually a 25 or 26, but I picked these up in a 28 (US 6) because they have more of a snug fit. They weren’t on sale, but at $29.90, they’re still a great deal!
I picked up this crop top from the Brandy Melville section in Nordstrom. I didn’t even try it on, but the cashier said it was one of their most popular items and it sells out all the time, so I’m glad it worked out! You can never have too many white tops, and for only $23, this one is a great addition to your collection.
I also picked up a denim skirt from H&M. I was actually scrolling through Instagram while waiting in line at another store and I saw style blogger Lauren Sheriff post about it, so I darted straight to H&M to pick it up! I love how it’s not your typical preppy denim skirt. The frayed edges and random cut-out hemline really edgify (if that’s not a word I’m making it up) the skirt, which I’m all about! I picked it up in a size 4 and it definitely fits a little tight, so I recommend sizing up if you prefer a more comfortable, relaxed fit. It’s also on sale right now for $24.99!!
First off, thank you to everyone who told me to buy this outfit when I posted this pic to my Insta Story. No joke I was in Zara for an hour and a half and went into the dressing room 3 separate times because I just couldn’t decide! But I’m glad I decided to get this outfit because it’s so fun and perfect for summer! I’m envisioning wearing this to farmers markets, weekend brunches, or any other activity that has casual outdoor vibes. The crop top was a steal at $9.99 and I went with a Medium. You can even adjust the string in the front to change the length of the top. The jeans were also a steal at $19.99 (the tag said $39.99 so I was v excited when the cashier rang me up!) I got the jeans in a size 4 and they are a perfect fit.
I know some of these items weren’t available online, but I hoped this helped you see what’s currently in stores too. I am seriously so obsessed with everything I found, especially since they were all pretty much on sale! Now time to avoid the mall for the next month or my bank account won’t recover…
